Structure for 1:1 Personal Growth | Leadership coaching courses
Our coaching process is designed with a customer-first mindset, focusing on delivering value, outcomes, and an exceptional experience.

1.Scanning Phase (Discovery & Understanding)
Objective: Gain a deep understanding of the client's needs, challenges, and goals.
Duration: 2 free trial sessions | F:F format
Key Activities:
*Initial consultation to establish the understanding of the client's expectations.
*Conduct interviews, assessments, or surveys to identify pain points, strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
*Analyze the client’s personal and professional environment for better understanding.
*If necessary we involve the PRISM here as well (cost)
*And involving George
*We have to perform some exercise to understand how the trainee will behave.

2.Study Phase ( Troubleshooting) workshop internally
Objective: Study the outcomes from the scanning phase and connect the puzzle
Key Activities:
*Conduct internal workshops to analyze data and insights gathered during the scanning phase.
*Develop hypotheses around root causes and map out potential solutions.
*Prepare a structured outline of findings to share during the reflection phase.
